How do I save a file and send it to others?

TakeCost doesn’t create downloadable files, but you can share your project directly in the app by clicking the Share button to give others view or edit access.

There isn’t a downloadable file to send from TakeCost. Instead, you can share your project directly within the app.

Sharing your project

  1. Open the project you want to share.

  2. Go to the Edit page.

  3. Click the Share button in the top right corner.

  4. Choose who you want to give access to.

    • You can allow others to view or edit the project.

This way, your team members or collaborators can access the project in real time without needing a separate file.
