You can share a live project with collaborators, or prepare a client deliverable from your estimate.

Choose Can view or Can edit.

1. Open the project and click Share.
2. Enter the collaborator’s email.
3. Choose Can view or Can edit.
4. Click Invite.

You can also copy the project link from the Share window. Only people with access can view or edit the project.

Use Estimate to price the work and Bid to prepare and send a proposal, quote, or bid.

The Pro plan includes spreadsheet and PDF exports. Exporting creates a file to send; sharing a project gives collaborators access to the live workspace.
