The Count tool tracks quantities of fixtures, doors, windows, equipment, and other repeated items. It does not need a drawing scale.
Three count methods
By hand: click each item, then Finish and name the count.
By symbol: drag a box around one example. Review the matches, exclude unwanted samples such as legend symbols, then add and name the results.
By text: enter a label, click Find, review and add the results, then name the count.
Text matching searches only the sheet that is open. Repeat the search on other sheets as needed.
Your named counts appear in Quantities.
