Select a takeoff tool from the toolbar
At the bottom of your screen, choose the tool that matches what you’re measuring:
Measure – for checking distances or scale
Area – for surfaces like floors, slabs, or walls
Linear – for lengths like footings, curbs, or edges
Count – for counting fixtures or items
Begin drawing on the plan
Click directly on the drawing to start measuring. Quantities are calculated automatically as you draw.
