How do I import quantities from a takeoff into a proposal?

You can move from takeoff to estimate to proposal within TakeCost without exporting quantities to another application and re-entering them.

Finish and name your measurements, then review them in Quantities. Check units, wall heights, cutouts, and count matches before pricing.

Open Estimate and review the quantities available for pricing. If a quantity has not yet been sent to the worksheet, open the quantity review and use its worksheet-transfer action.

Add the required material, labour, and subcontractor line items, check costs, and apply markup.

Open Bid to put together the proposal, quote, or bid and send it. Review the quantities, scope, and totals before sending, especially after changing a takeoff or estimate.
