Issue:
You tried to center or zoom your drawing, but it zoomed out too far and now the drawing isn’t visible. Zooming back in doesn’t seem to do anything, or the drawing looks extremely small.

How to fix it

1. Refresh the page
Refreshing will reset the view and usually brings the drawing back into focus.

  • Mac: Command + R

  • Windows: Ctrl + R

2. Use trackpad gestures carefully
The zoom controls are very sensitive to finger movement.

  • Use two fingers on your trackpad to zoom

  • Start with your cursor positioned over the area you want to zoom into

  • Place two fingers together, then pinch outward to zoom in

  • Pinch inward to zoom out

👉 Using one finger only moves the pointer and will not zoom.

3. If the drawing looks extremely small

  • Refresh the page to reset the zoom level

  • Re-position your cursor over the drawing and zoom in again using two fingers

4. Consider using a mouse (recommended)
Using a mouse provides more precise control and can make zooming and navigating much smoother, especially on detailed drawings.

Still having trouble?

If refreshing doesn’t resolve the issue, try switching input devices (trackpad ↔ mouse) and repeat the steps above. If the drawing still isn’t visible after trying the steps above, reach out to us using the chat in the bottom corner of your screen and we’ll help you get back on track.
