Why can’t I upload my files to TakeCost?

If you're having trouble uploading files, try these steps:

  1. Check file size – Each file must be under 500 MB per upload. If your files exceed 500 MB, consider splitting them into multiple files.

  2. Confirm supported formats – TakeCost supports PDFs and image files (PNG, JPEG, and TIFF).

  3. Refresh your browser – Reload the page and try uploading again.

  4. Clear your browser cache – This can resolve potential upload issues.

  5. Check your internet connection – A stable connection is required for uploads.
