If a drawing will not upload, check these items:
File size: the limit is 500 MB per file. Split or reduce larger files before uploading.
File format: use PDF or a supported image file such as PNG, JPEG or TIFF.
Connection: check that your internet connection is stable, then try again.
Browser: refresh the page and retry. If the problem continues, try a current browser or clear its cache.
Plan allowance: Free includes one new takeoff file per month, resetting monthly on your signup date. New users get a 14-day Pro trial with two projects.
If the upload still fails, use the in-app chat. Include the file type and size, any error message, and what you have already tried.
