How do I share my project with others?

To share your project with others, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your TakeCost Software account.

  2. Open the project you want to share.

  3. Click the Share button or navigate to Project Settings > Share Project.

  4. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to share the project with.

  5. Assign permissions (e.g., View-Only, Edit Access) as needed.

  6. Click Send Invitation.

Make sure they have a TakeCost account to collaborate. Once shared with a user, they will be able to access it through their "Shared With Me" Tab on the left-hand menu when they first log in.
